Robin Harris

Robin Harris already has a vast musical experience of jazz, gypsy swing, klezmer and funk. As musical director of Punch Drunk’s The Masque of the Red Death – one of the most critically acclaimed shows of the past decade (‘Extraordinary’ The Independent, ‘*****’ The Guardian) – and a performer in numerous award winning stage shows, Robin has an acute awareness of the theatricality inherent in music, making all his live performances nights to remember. Recently becoming a father for the second time has driven Robin work harder than ever before, as he looks for new and exciting ways to be as far away from his house as possible. Robin is currently Musical director for the The Yiddish Twist Orchestra and Les Effrontes. He travels Europe regularly working for La Machine (Avant Garde French Troupe of street performers). Robin has worked for Vampire Weekend, Dub Colossus, The GoTeam, The Puppini Sisters, X-Factor, Britain’s Got Talent and more.
